World Wide Subscription Service - established 1976, we know and understand subscriptions. By providing the highest level of courteous and efficient service, we have become a favourite source for both individuals and agents worldwide.

The fulfilment of subscriptions relies on mutual trust between the publisher, agents and customers - by providing an individual fulfilment manager for each title it means that they have expert knowledge, meaning:

• Handling of data accurately and kept up-to-date
• Answer queries quickly and easily

Regular contact with our publishers and agents alike means that we build relationships based on support and trust - so that we can provide a comprehensive service to both them and their customers.

Customer Services

By keeping all our services in-house, we are constantly aware of the importance of customer satisfaction and with a highly motivated team of sales staff, we can provide a comprehensive service that meets all of our customer needs.

We provide a holistic service so that customers can enter into a new subscription, renew an existing subscription, order back issues or purchase additional items from titles offering other products. We also provide a mail order/despatch service directly from our offices - contractual postal rates available.

Flexibility to meet the publishers and the customers needs mean that we can maintain high sales on our titles and also meet all our customers requirements.

Mail outs, special offers and promotions to existing, new or lapsed subscribers can all be dealt with by our specialised team.

Analysis and breakdown of sales, subscribers, trends and offers are available at all times.

Our small but specialised team means that customers feel they are obtaining an intimate and friendly service, but also know there is always someone available to answer any queries they may have.

Order Fulfilment

Ordering is fast and easy; each of our titles can be ordered online, by fax, phone, e-mail or through the post.

Orders are checked daily and inputted onto our system, subscriptions can start from the next issue, or from previous issues that are held on site. By agreement and subject to availability, we can post individual first issues.
