We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

1. All rates shown are STRICTLY NETT and are subject to no further discounts.
2. Orders will be accepted on a strictly “PAYMENT WITH ORDER” basis and will typically start from the first available issue.
3. Payment may be made by Cheque or Credit / Debit Card i.e. MasterCard / Visa / Delta / Switch / Solo. We will take payment from your card at the time we receive your order.
4. The costs of subscriptions on this website include delivery.
5. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time of the order.
6. Although we try and ensure that prices on the website are correct and up to date sometimes errors can occur. If we find an error on your order we will contact you as soon as possible; giving you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you we will cancel the order.
7. We Guarantee to post all copies as they are published, but cannot take any responsibility for copies delayed or mislaid in transit.
8. To ensure continuity of supply, any change of address should be notified as early as possible, giving both old and new addresses plus title of publication.
9. Standard Service items are Airlifted from the UK to the country of destination, then forwarded as second class items through the local postal system.
10. Delivery time for items sent via Standard Service is approx. 21 Working Days.
11. Cancellations will not be considered once a subscription has been running for six months.
12. Refunds in the first six months will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and will be subject to a £10.00 administration fee.
13. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless held negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
14. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
