- Maintain your membership database – with regular updating.
- Our systems allow for multiple classes of subscription and can easily record promotional source codes and account handler information.
- Provide a dedicated telephone number.
- Provide a VPN and appropriate software for immediate access by for approved staff to your membership database.
- Accept payment by cheque / direct debit / credit card and provide detailed reports accounting for payments received.
- Circulate reminders for subscription renewals and issue VAT invoices on your behalf once the subscription has been paid. If the renewal is settled by monthly payments we will issue appropriate invoices in order to avoid unnecessary issue of credit notes, or early remittance of VAT to HMRC. This will reduce the paper chase attaching to every membership renewal.
- Place all funds into an escrow account and submit a monthly cheque with detailed, and accurate accounting analysis.
- Handle banking on your behalf – as required – as well as refunds if applicable.
- Mail merge letters for renewals or promotions and liaise with your mailing houses.
- Provide detailed reports on membership – Current / due to expire in one week, 1 month etc. or lapsed.
- All reports may be e-mailed or made available through the VPN connection.
